Meet Gary Masse, Senior Project Manager
From an early age, Gary Masse has been interested in trying something different. His curiosity towards the inner working of complex machines drove him to pursue a career in automated machinery.
After completing a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from St. Clair College in 1984, Gary worked at an OEM and gained hands-on experience in steel wheel welding, and radiator and engine assembly. Throughout his professional journey, Gary has worked in numerous roles in the industrial manufacturing and automation industries.
Gary joined CSI as a junior designer in 1991 and rose through the ranks to become a project management lead. With specialized knowledge of PLC technology built from its onset in the early 1980s, he now leads electrical systems automation projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, he helps in the design, equipment programming, and commissioning at the end users’ facility.
Gary has also worked in assembly systems, robotic welding, machine tool, and material handling. He enjoys supporting other employees in various complex tasks and mentoring other ambitious PLC designers.
Gary is proud to work at CSI, encouraging the professional development of his colleagues, and contributing to our family-like company culture. He cites that CSI’s leading-edge technology, expertise, and consistent communication contribute to building a strong relationship with our partners and clients.
